What can I achieve from boot camp?
After boot camp you will not only look better physically, but you will also feel better and have more self-confidence. You will have a leaner and more toned physique. You will also notice drastic improvement in your endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and overall fitness level. The program is designed to help you shape your arms, butt, and legs as well as flatten your stomach and reduce the amount of fat on your body. You will also notice a decrease in circumference size on your body in areas such as your waist and hips. You will share the support and friendship of fitness minded people just like you!

Why should I participate?
You have been thinking about getting in shape for too long. Now is the time to start taking action. What better way to improve your health and fitness than in a fun and exciting environment. Not to mention that it is the most cost effective program on the market.

What if I am new to exercise?
EVERYONE is welcome and encouraged to come to boot camp. Every exercise includes modifications and progressions to make the movement easier or harder. This way people of ALL fitness levels can enjoy a workout that is challenging but at the same time achievable and not overwhelming. As you continue to attend boot camp you will notice that you are capable of doing more than you ever imagined. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace and be respectful of other boot campers.

If I register for the 3 days/week option, do I decide which days I want to come? 
Yes. You are welcome to attend whatever 3 days fit your schedule best. For example you could come Monday/Wednesday/Friday one week and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday the next week.

I really want to attend boot camp but can I start any day of the week or does it have to be a certain day?
We understand that everyone has different schedules and are willing to work with that. You are welcome to choose what day you would like to start and YOUR 4 week session will start and end on that day. There is no need to wait to start next week, you can join in tomorrow! To do this please send an email to info@spirebootcamp.com or call Audrey at (801) 850-2717 with the date you would like to start and we will get you registered.

Are there any specials or discounts for Military, Public Service Workers (Fire or Police), or Students? 
YES! In order to receive your discount you must email info@spirebootcamp.com or call Audrey at (801) 850-2717 and be able to provide proof that you qualify for a Military, Police, Fire, or Student discount.
